Process; electric resistance welded pipes is made from steel strip to coil form. After being uncoiled the flat strip is passed through series of rolls to be changed to round shape. when is welded by high frequency resistance welding system , then passed through sizing and shaping rolls to get the desired size .continuously welded pipes is cut to the specified length and each length goes through series of inspection and testing to meet the industry standards
